Arrivati all&#39;Aquila da Roma per una gita domenicale, prenotato per caso e davvero all ultimo momento questo ristorante. Abbiamo avuto davvero una bella sorpresa, anche se in generale non amiamo i grandi ristoranti... atmosfera e location piacevolissime, musica soffusa, bello l arredamento, bellissimo il soffitto e le vetrate che danno sul verde esterno. Professionalissimo ma simpatico Max, il direttore di sala. Piatti buoni e belli da vedere, porzioni adeguate, buona carta dei vini. Materie prime freschissime e di stagione. Ottimo rapporto con la tipicit&agrave; regionale. Abbiamo degustato un ottimo antipasto di salumi e formaggi aquilani, degli spaghetti alla chitarra con ricotta allo zafferano abruzzese e guanciale croccante, dell agnello con crema alle nocciole e spinaci saltati e dei dolci buoni e piacevoli alla vista. Super il tiramis&ugrave; non convenzionale... ottimo rapporto qualit&agrave; prezzo. CONSIGLIATO!!!

Excellent relationship with regional typicality. We tasted a good meal of aqualan salses and cheeses, a guitar spaghetti with a dressing Abruzzo saffron and a croccant guancial, a lamb with cream with jumped nuts and spinaches and a good and pleasant sweets at the sight.
